We had experienced a case of congenital lobar emphysema in a 3months old male infant. Chief symptoms included tachypnea, respiratory difficulty, cyanosis. Chest X-ray or chest CT scan revealed extensive emphysematous changes of the right upper and middle lobes, compression of the right lower lobe and shifted of mediastinum to the left side.
